This Privacy Policy explains how URASMILA DIGITAL FZE LLC ("we") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website, contact us or buy our products and services. We process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and, where applicable to our customers, other data protection laws such as the EU GDPR.
1. Data we collect
- Order and billing data: name, email, phone, company, VAT/tax ID, billing address, order details and amounts.
- Payment data: payment status, transaction reference, amount, currency and, if provided by the payment provider, the card brand and last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number or security code (CVV).
- Communication data: messages you send through the contact form, refund requests and email correspondence.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs, used for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
- Project data: content, files and access credentials you provide so that we can deliver the service.
2. Why we use your data
- To process your order and payment, deliver the purchased service and provide support (performance of a contract).
- To send order confirmations, receipts and service-related messages.
- To detect and prevent fraud and to keep our systems secure (legitimate interest).
- To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
- To answer your enquiries.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
3. Sharing with payment providers and other parties
To process payments, we share with our licensed payment provider the data needed to complete and secure the transaction: order number, amount, currency, your name, email address and, where required, billing address. You enter your card details directly on the provider's page, and the provider processes them under its own privacy policy and the PCI DSS security standard. The provider may share data with card schemes and your bank for authorisation, 3D Secure authentication and fraud prevention.
We may also share data with carefully selected service providers acting on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery and accounting providers, under confidentiality obligations; with authorities where required by law; and with professional advisers.
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take appropriate measures so that your data remains protected to the standard required by applicable law.
5. Retention
We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax laws (generally at least 5 years). Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Project access credentials are deleted or should be rotated by you after delivery.
6. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, two-factor authentication for administrators, regular backups and secure development practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed to keep your session, cart, language preference and security token working. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and request a copy of your data.
