These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of digital products and services from URASMILA DIGITAL FZE LLC, a company licensed by Ajman Free Zone Authority under trade license no. [license number], with its registered address at Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").
1. Acceptance
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Digital Delivery Policy. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.
2. Our products and services
We provide software development, software design, software installation, e-commerce solutions, digital advertising services, advertising design and production, and social media marketing services. The scope, deliverables, price, currency, delivery method and estimated delivery time of each package are described on its product page. Custom work is described in a written proposal.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency stated on each package. Any applicable VAT or other tax is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider on its secure hosted payment page. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
- Your order is accepted and the contract is concluded only when the payment provider confirms a successful payment and we send you an order confirmation by email. Failed, cancelled or pending payments do not create a confirmed order.
- Monthly plans are prepaid for one month of service and do not renew automatically.
- Third-party costs such as advertising spend, platform subscriptions, domain names, hosting or software licences are not included unless explicitly stated, and are paid by you directly to the relevant provider.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate billing information and, where needed for delivery, timely access, content, approvals and feedback. Delivery times start once we have received the information listed in our kick-off email. You confirm that any material you provide (texts, images, logos, data) does not infringe the rights of third parties and complies with applicable law.
5. Delivery and acceptance
All products and services are delivered digitally as described in our Digital Delivery Policy. Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on its page. Deliverables are considered accepted when you confirm acceptance or 7 days after delivery if you have not reported a material defect.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, we assign to you the rights in the final deliverables created specifically for you, excluding third-party components (such as open-source software, fonts, stock media or platform themes), which remain subject to their own licences. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
7. Confidentiality and data
We keep confidential any non-public information you share with us for the project and use it only to provide our services. Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Warranties and limitation of liability
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care and will correct defects in our deliverables reported within the support period of the package. We do not guarantee specific business results such as sales, rankings, reach or advertising performance, which depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party platforms, payment networks or hosting providers.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any issue amicably. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Ajman, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
