All products and services sold by URASMILA DIGITAL FZE LLC are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping fees are charged.
1. Delivery methods
Depending on the package, delivery takes place through one or more of the following methods, as stated on each product page:
- Email: order confirmation, kick-off information, documents, reports and links are sent to the email address used for the order.
- Secure download link: design files, creatives, videos and documents are delivered through a secure, time-limited download link.
- Shared workspace: design files (for example Figma) or code repositories (for example GitHub or GitLab) are shared with your account.
- Deployment: websites, stores and software are deployed to your domain, hosting or cloud account, and access details are sent by email or through a one-time secure link.
- Work in your accounts: advertising and social media services are carried out directly in your own advertising and social media accounts using partner or team access.
2. Delivery times
Each package displays an estimated delivery time in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays). The timeline starts once we have received the information, content and access requested in our kick-off email. We send the kick-off email within 2 business days of a confirmed payment.
3. Monthly services
Monthly plans start within 5 business days of payment and onboarding, and run for one calendar month from the start date communicated to you.
4. Delays
If we expect a delay on our side, we inform you by email with a new delivery date. Delays caused by missing information or approvals extend the delivery time accordingly.
5. Confirmation of delivery
We notify you by email when each deliverable is delivered. Please check the deliverables and report any issue within 7 days, as described in our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Problems receiving your delivery
If you have not received an email or cannot access a delivery, please check your spam folder and then contact [email protected] with your order number. We will resend it or provide an alternative delivery method.
